With deep experience in public-sector executive leadership and organizational strategy, I help teams bridge the gap between their vision and their daily operations.

 

I believe that the strongest organizations are built on clarity, connection, and purposeful design. My approach is rooted in 30 years of public sector and municipal experience navigating complex public private partnerships, government relations, and community-wide collaborations.
